When you start your sustainability journey, then don’t feel overwhelmed. You only can judge your sustainability journey and you only can improve by learning from your own mistakes.
In my journey, most challenging part was to push myself , mummy used to see the compost and say, what are you doing, there will be flies in house and she saw the bio enzyme, it has a white layer of yeast on bio enzyme and she was like don’t do it. When I shared the idea of composting with my husband, he said no, we don’t want to do it. Sometimes convincing family members is a task because everyone thinks from a different perspective and not everyone is as determined as you are. So, it’s very normal. But slowly when they see your determination and slowly when they see that, Oh my god! Waste is converted into something very beautiful, then they will start appreciating you, they will even start helping you and they will start praising you. Slowly change will happen but in between you have to be very consistent and you need to be very determined about it.
